What is your admission charge?
There is none for the arcade! Our bounce house area does require an all-day wristband for each child.
Who is required to sign a waiver?
Every person who enters our facility must have a completed waiver for their visit. Guests 17 and younger must have a waiver completed by their parent/guardian.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Absolutely! Stop by to pick one up in any denomination.
Is there a charge for adults?
No, only those entering the bounce area require a wristband.
Are socks required?
Yes! If you forget yours, we have grippy socks available for purchase.
What time should we arrive for our party?
We request arrival 10-15 minutes before your event starts to help unload your car, do a final check of ordering, and complete waivers for your event, so the fun can begin on time.
Will someone handle setting up the party room?
Our job is to do the work while you relax!
Upon arrival, we will go over all of your party room requests and set up the entire room while you enjoy our facility. Not only that, we will help pass out food, cut cake, and distribute the goodie bags as well!

Is a deposit required for a party?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party.
The remaining balance is settled on the day of the event, after final attendance is determined and you have reviewed the bill. The deposit will be taken off that final balance.
Can I bring in food?
Cake and cupcakes are the only food items allowed. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party.
Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, but are not required to stay.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes! Balloons, goodie bags, and other décor items are allowed. We do not allow glitter, silly string or confetti.
Can I drop decorations off a day before the party?
Of course! We can also set up the party room with your décor prior to your arrival with your permission!
Can I bring alcohol?
Absolutely not! Alcohol is NOT permitted in our facility.
What if less/more kids show up to my party than expected?
No worries, we typically order the food right before the start of the party. We will do our best to accommodate!
Do you accept tips?
Yes. A 10% gratuity is typically provided, but is solely at your discretion.
